Cashew Nuts Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 cups of rice, washed and drained
  • 2 tablets of MAGGI® vegetable broth
  • 4 cups of boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 100 g cashew nuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Method of preparation

  1. In a medium pan, heat the oil and sauté the rice well.
  2. Add vegetable broth and boiling water.
  3. Let it cook, over low heat, in a partially covered pan. Using the rice is cooked, add the butter, cashews, parsley and mix gently.
  4. Cover, wait 5 minutes and then serve.
